Llafranc

Llafranc, little fisherman's village, located in Palafrugell, is well-known by the beauty of its waters and its natural environment.
This summer place is one of the most important tourist centre of the Costa Brava.
Llafranc offers different options to the visitor, to could enjoy our stay, depending on the purpose that we have for our holidays.
We can relax in its sandy beaches, enjoying the summer atmosphere, or drinking something next to sea, always in front of the marine landscape.
We'll find more activity in the little marina, where there're a few services that
give us the opportunity to practise the sailing or the diving, where we'll sure have a good time while we observe the beauty of the surrounding.
We'll know its history if we visit its heritage, starting in the Remains of the Roman wine press, located in the Coral Street, next to the Church Santa Rosa de Lima (of the 19th Century). We'll also see one of the oldest witness of the village, the “Dolmen of Can Mina dels Torrents”.
Next to Llafranc, we'll find the mountain of Sant Sebastià, which conserves an hermitage of the 18th Century, where there is the most important Lighthouse of the Gulf of Lleó. There, there is a hotel with a really nice and high terrace-viewpoint over the sea, since which we can observe a lovely view to the coast and to the Mediterranean, worth seeing.
