Discover Scuba Diving L'Estartit It is an introduction to the diving with autonomous diving suit (with bottle) for people who have never practiced this sport before. It is a very thrilling activity and 100% safe, that in Medaqua we carry out at the sea and with experienced diving instructors that will accompany the participants individually. Once in l'Estartit, the presentation of the activity is done with a video/dvd where they explain the bases of diving. Later on, the participants, are equipped with neoprene suits, mask and fins. Afterwards we go out with the vessel to one protected and shallow place (falaguer), ideal for a first try dive. When the boat is already moored, the participants are equipped and the immersion is started. Diving time aproximately lasts 20/25 min. at 12 m. of depth at the most. The baptism is easy, very safe and thrilling, and allows us to do a first approach to this sport in a totally supervised and safe way. Without any previous experience. Included material: Equipment: neoprene suits of 5 mm, masks, fins, regulators, jackets, etc. of the prestigious brand Mares. Vessels equipped with all the moderation of security and auxiliary vessel with engine. Classrooms with video and projector of slides. Necessary material: Swimsuit and towel. Other data of interest: The try dive can not be carried out inside the marine reserve of the Medes islands because of the restrictions. Try dive can be done from 10 years old. Persons with pulmonary problems, of hearing, asthma, epilepsy, cardiac and/or of circulation|traffic, diabetics will have to present a medical receipt in agreement they can make the activity. The activity will not be able to be made in state of gestation. . Special exits can be organized for great groups (enterprises, congresses, etc...) of pax up to 50, and an aperitif is served on board. Calendar, and schedules: All year, from once a week until three trips per day, depends on the season of the year. Lasted total of the activity, 3 hours. |
